Return policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your yeti-hopper products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer free returns for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.


INS AND OUTS OF THE yeti-chairus RETURN POLICY


To be eligible for a free return, the following criteria must be met:

  • All returns must be related to a yetichair-us.top order. yetichair-us does not offer returns on items purchased outside of yetichair-us.top.

  •  yetichair-us does not currently accept returns at our yetichair-us retail stores.

  • Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable

  • Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed. Times may increase during peak holiday periods. Refunds will be returned to the original form(s) of payment used for the purchase. If you used multiple forms of payment, your refunds will go back to all payment methods used. yetichair-us does not offer store credit or gift cards in exchange for returned products unless a yetichair-us provided merchandise credit was applied to the original purchase. yetichairus does not accept returns on customized product.


For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and replace an order on yetichair-us.top for the correct item.


Yetichair-us does not price match with dealers or competitors.


This Return Policy does not apply to yetichair-us products purchased through the RESCUES program.


SHIPPING YOUR RETURN


We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

  • Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.

  • You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.

  • Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your RMA # or original order number.

  • Securely attach your return label to the package.

  • Ship your return based on the shipping label provided. We recommend retaining a copy of your drop-off receipt for your records.

If you choose to use your own shipper, please include original order information or the return RMA number inside the box. We recommend selecting a service that allows for package tracking and keeping the tracking number for your records. Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
